30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery without giving a reason. Contact us before sending anything back. We review requests in the order received.
For an approved request, this store covers the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label or an equivalent free-return method. No restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved. Banks and card issuers commonly need another 5–10 business days to display the credit.
Items that are clearly marked as excluded before purchase, or an exception required by law, are handled according to that notice. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. We will provide a refund, exchange or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian consumer law.
